Your files never leave your browser

Every tool on this site, including merging or splitting PDFs, adding or removing a password, resizing or converting images, and zipping files, runs entirely on your device using JavaScript and WebAssembly. There is no upload step. Nothing about the files you choose is sent to a server, stored anywhere, or seen by anyone else. If you disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded, every tool keeps working.

What this site doesn't do

This site doesn't use tracking scripts or cookies, doesn't create an account for you, and doesn't store anything in your browser's local storage. There is no database of your files or activity.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to see, in aggregate, which tools and pages get used. It's cookieless and doesn't track you individually across sites. It records things like which page was visited and general device/browser type, never the contents of any file you process, since those never reach a server in the first place.

Camera access

The Scan QR Code tool can optionally use your camera to scan a QR code live instead of uploading an image. Your browser will ask for camera permission before this starts, only when you choose “Use Camera”. The video feed is analyzed entirely on your device, frame by frame, and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.

Standard web hosting

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider, which may log basic technical request information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) as part of normal web server operation. This is standard infrastructure logging, not something this site adds, and it never includes the contents of any file you process with a tool, since those never reach the server in the first place.

Contact forms

The Request a Tool and Send Feedback forms are the only places this site sends data off your device. If you choose to submit one, whatever you enter (name, email, and message) is sent to a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and forwarded to us by email, so we can read and reply. This only happens if you fill out and submit one of those forms; it has nothing to do with any file tool on this site.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, reach out via the request form or through mini tech co.
